FARACHA
Faracha (butterfly) is a DSH male, estimated have been born around 2020-2021.
Faracha came to us after we assisted someone in the area with the search of their missing cat. Faracha matched the description of the cat, so we brought him to the owner to return him. However, Faracha did not turn out to be the right cat! When we tried to release Faracha back to where he came from, he was very reluctant to go and would not leave Hajar's arms. So, we decided to give him a spot in our shelter.
Faracha is extremely affectionate and loves attention from people. He gets along well with the other shelter cats, but is very submissive which makes him an easy target to be bullied - and he never tries to fight back (a true pacifist). For that reason, he would do best in a home as either an only cat, or with feline siblings that would not bully him.
Faracha has a clipped ear which suggests he had been neutered prior to coming into our shelter.
*Update January 16th, 2024: Faracha has been really struggling in the shelter environment for quite some time. We have noticed him change from the confident cat he once was to someone much more reserved and timid. For that reason, we are desperate to give Faracha the reprieve he needs from the shelter stress to become himself again. Interested in becoming a foster? Faracha is your man!
